WEST BEACHES I (Half Day)

Join us on this half day tour to the Oeste beaches starting in Nazaré, one of the most appreciated traditional Portuguese fishing villages. We begin our visit in the “sitio” of Nazaré, from which we can enjoy the natural beauty of this beach in all its extension and meet the famous Big waves in North Beach.

Then we go to the Nazaré Beach where we have free time to walk by the sea and enjoy the ancestral art of drying fish the “estindarte” and the art of make fishing nets.

We continue our journey through the natural “Pescaria” mountain, enjoying the coastline and the natural landscape to find one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto with its shell shape, which gives unique beach experiences and water sports. Free time to walk on the Main Street, with its outdoor coffees, shops, bars and restaurants.

Then we leave to Foz de Arelho beach, with a stop in a wooden walkway through a set of cliffs and dune systems designed by Architect Landscape Nadia Schilling, where we contemplate the beautiful view of the coast.

We continue to Foz do Arelho, with beaches facing the Atlantic Ocean and also to the edge of Obidos Lagoon, a place where nature offers the ideal place for children in the calm waters of its lagoon and also an elected place for surfers. Free time to walk and visit. Return.
